33 1/3 - Southern Rock Opera

Post by dmcarolin »

Love this series of books and was looking for a new one to read and lo and behold I came across this:

http://333sound.com/announcing-the-fall-2018-33-1-3s/

It comes out on Thursday, $10 on Amazon.

On a side note there is Southern Accents one coming out in April 2019.

Enjoy,
David

Can't recommend it at all. Too much written about Rick Hall, The ABB and Skynyrd and not enough written specifically about The Truckers in general or the album in particular. The author didn't even interview anyone in the band.

I'd say if you post on this board that you already know more about this record than the author.
