Summer 2018 Wheels of Soul Tour (One-Offs)

Hey folks:

Looks like the Truckers are rolling with Tedeschi Trucks from June 29th until July 29th, all over our big old country.

Correct me if I'm wrong (I just looked at the website) , but I see some "one-off" nights on the list also (if any of us Heathens next a heavy dose):

July 5: (Woodstock NY)
July 12: (Myrtle Beach, SC)
July 19th: (Kalamazoo, MI)
July 27th: (Omaha, Nebraska)

I always feel bad without my tickets to my next Rock Show either in the planning stages, or better yet, in hand. Always, good to have something to look forward to........Tim

I think we're going to try to slip down to that Myrtle Beach show on the 12th even though I'm not a fan of Myrtle Beach or that House of Blues venue. The Wheels of Soul Tour is hitting Raleigh the next night but I'm pretty sure we're going to skip that one.

One of my favorite DBT show was HOB in myrtle, Tift Merrett opened. It wasn't my first DBT show, but it was the first that blew me away.
It can definitely suck if it's packed

It's a nice enough venue. Beer is pricey and security can be a bit overzealous at times.

At the HOB Myrtle Beach its standing only on the first floor. There is seating on the second floor but the sound up there is kinda bad.

They used to book all kinds of shows there back when...you know.. there was a live music scene. This will probably be the best show they have there all year.

I will be at the Myrtle Beach show. I'm also not a fan of Myrtle Beach but it is the closest thing to me for the foreseeable future.
