Columbus 10/4

Anyone going? If all goes according to plan I'll be making the 2 1/2 hour drive down from Cleveland.

I'll post the set list if nobody beats me to it.

I haven't seen the band in forever, but this timing is awful and I can't make it. I'm super bummed
And I knew when I woke up Rock N Roll would be here forever

I can't even....I don't have the words.....this was the show I needed after the week thus far. The shows started with a statement of intent....the mass shooting song, the NRA song, the post-Charleston song, and the Confederate flag song. We got Tom Petty covers, a new song about Charlottesville, and many, many more. The band just kept going and going. 27 songs in about 2:20. It was like they didn't want to stop just as much as we didn't want them to. It was the show we all needed.

01. Guns of Umpqua
02. Ramon Casiano
03. Darkened Flags on the Cusp of Dawn
04. Surrender Under Protest
05. Ronnie and Neil
06. Gravity's Gone
07. Why Henry Drinks
08. Women Without Whiskey
09. The Waiting [Tom Petty cover]
10. Filthy and Fried
11. The Perilous Night
12. Where the Devil Don't Stay
13. Tornadoes
14. Ghost to Most
15. Dead Drunk and Naked
16. Guitar Man Upstairs
17. Southern Accents [Tom Petty cover] / Ever South
18. Made Up English Oceans
19. Tales Facing Up
20. Shit Shots Count
21. Lookout Mountain
22. When the Pin Hits the Shell
23. What it Means
24. Birthday Boy
25. Let There Be Rock
26. Zip City
27. Hell No I Ain't Happy

No encore. Left it all on the stage. Then it was over.

Great looking rawk show. Wish I could have made it down to Columbus but week nights are just too tough.

After this, zip, I think you've made your last "they never come to Ohio/when are they coming to Ohio" post.

This wasn't a choice. I absolutely could not go to this show, because I would have if I could. This was just a case of extraordinary bad timing.

I do hope they drew a big crowd
