A buddy of mine was out on RSD, saw this and bought it for me. He says it's an early birthday present. He's a good guy.I haven't gotten down to listening yet, but I look forward to it.

According to Variety, this was the eighteenth best selling release. Jason's was number four.

Agreed.

I like his approach of recording covers (for the most part) that he has played frequently live...

It's grown on me. I HATED it the first few times I heard it live (same with the new arrangement of That Man I Shot). I'm still not a huge fan of it. But I think the damn thing really grooves on this record. I'm glad to have it.
Everytime i hear tge beginning of the reworked That Man I Shot I think its Play It All Night Long and get quickly disappointed.
