HeAthens Homecoming Hangout 2/17/17

Post by CooleyGirl »

We invite you to our third annual HHH, sponsored by your friends at 3DD.

When: Friday, 2/17/17
Where: The upstairs is reserved just for us at the Transmetropolitan Restaurant, 145 E. Clayton St. It is an easy walk from the 40 Watt http://www.transmetathens.com/#about
What time: Noon until 3:00 PM

We started hosting a gathering for all of us at a place where we could talk, drink and eat a few years ago. It's so tough to have conversations with everyone you want to see during the DBT shows, and with everybody running all over the place before and after the shows, we thought this would be a good way to try and catch everyone in one place.

Hope you can make it!

Thanks for setting this up... count me in... I'm on course to attend my first Homecoming in 2017 and look forward to meeting my fellow HeAthens... cheers, Happy Chanukah, Merry Christmas and, of course, Happy Festivus to all. :ugeek:

This is always such a fun event! If you're a lurker or first-time Homecoming attendee, be sure to stop by.

Thanks to CG for setting it up.

Yep Thank You Sarah. I know I've said this before, but it IS the social event of the season. BTW--We will be raffling off some very cool items (proceeds to Nuci's of course) so bring a dollar bill or two. Ya gotta be in it to win it
Always go to the show

As a reminder to newbies this is a black tie event. Dress accordingly. Or not

Many thanks and even more kudos to CooleyGirl, UncleRickey, Jonicont and everyone else who participated in organizing and running the Nuci's fundraiser, the Hangout, the raffle and the chili cook off. Most of us underestimate how much work is required to make these events come off so seamlessly, to say nothing of resulting in raising so much money. Well done and thank you.

And congrats to TC for winning best chili in all of heathendom.
