I finally got this record Saturday and listened to it on the way home. It's still not my favorite song on there, but it made me weep like a child more than once. It's a hell of a good song.

Given the point discrepancy between the 3 songs, this going to take a while:

Ramon Casiano 39
Guns of Umpqua 51+
Baggage 20-

AB rankings based on how long each song lasted (which is not a great method of ranking since this is a game and votes aren't always purely based on which song you like the most, but alas):

11. Sun Don't Shine
10. Darkened Flags on the Cusp of Dawn
9. Kinky Hypocrite
8. What It Means
7. Once They Banned Imagine
6. Ever South
5. Filthy and Fried
4. Surrender Under Protest
----------------------------------------------
*3. Baggage
*2. Ramon Casiano
*1. Guns of Umpqua

Top 3 if current standings are indicative of final outcome, which isn't always the case. Heck, SUP was down to single digits early but held on to finish strong.

This is an acceptable result. Patterson's two songs both made me weep over the weekend and Cooley's got me real revved up. My favorite remains Surrender Under Protest, but those are all worthy songs.

Was there ever any doubt that a poll from Philadelphia would be rigged? Fucking Clams does it again.

Thanks, John... I couldn't imagine this dragging on much longer.

Thanks Clams for the poll in the first place. It was fun. Though all of you f'ers that down voted Baggage are just wrong... ;)

Not that I want to do this (I had to bail on the AB version early because it was too hard), but have we done this for the whole DBT catalog? I feel like maybe we've done it at least 1x and maybe 2x since the 9b days?
