Thanks for the great review CooleyGirl.
Thanks for trying to give us a stream Big Tom.
That set list Saturday night? Holy shit! What got into Patterson? When these are his first four songs......
Lookout Mountain
Ronnie and Neil
The Southern Thing
Dead Drunk and Naked
You know you're in for a barn burner.

By the time you drop them I'll be gone
And you'll be right where they fall the rest of your life

Its been said by those savvier than me, "always go to night #2". Never more true than these two shows.
Night #2 picked up where Night #1 left off, cranked up the knob, and ripped it off.
Easily top 3 of the 30 or shows I've witnessed over the years.
Lookout Mountain>Gravity's Gone>Ronnie and Neil>Where the Devil Don't Stay>The Southern Thing to start. I don't believe Jay touched the keys on these songs... What a start.
First time hearing / seeing Feb 14 in person, nice surprise
Hell No, I Ain't Happy>Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love to go into the encore, again, first time hearing / seeing them do "Ain't Talking" in person, what a treat.
Play It All Night Long>Ramon Casiano>A World of Hurt>Zip City>Buttholeville>Shut Up and Get on the Plane>Angels and Fuselage. I thought they might have been done after a perfect "Buttholeville", but alas, for our sake, they weren't.
Thanks to Alex for always taping and posting the DC shows so quickly, and at such a high quality, they always sound great.
A pleasure meeting a few of the 3DD folks for the first time in line on Friday night. Thanks Cooleygirl for the Campaign button to go with my Cooley-Hood shirt.
Lastly, a few of you were wearing them, what does "CCW" on the toques stand for?

I see the 3/4 show on Archive.org, but anyone know if the Saturday show was taped and will be posted?
We got messed up minds for these messed up times...

Alex said some drunk asshole spilled liquid on his gear. The non encore portion got corrupted (he hopes to be able to recover it).phungi wrote:I see the 3/4 show on Archive.org, but anyone know if the Saturday show was taped and will be posted?
He did post the Encore portion only on bt.etree.org (sorry, can't link it from work)...

Classic City Wrestling. It's Cole's live performance/video wrestling thing which I think is based at Flicker. I'm sure others have more in depth details.gepman wrote: Lastly, a few of you were wearing them, what does "CCW" on the toques stand for?
Turn you demons into walls of goddamned noise and sound.

Ah, thanks. That probably explains the strained necks to see the 20+ year old rassling show on the tv in the Sidebar before the show...brett27295 wrote:Classic City Wrestling. Should we continue to hold out some hope that the night 2 recording can be saved?
