Unless the show was at a strange time, I don't think it's Cooley. DBT played Chattanooga, TN on 7/28/2007, which is about a 9 hour drive to Bridgeview, IL according to Google. DBT's set was a festival set, though, so if they played really early and this Crossroads started real late, there's still a slight possibility it's Cooley (DBT didn't play again until August). Also, maybe Cooley took the DBT tour aeroplane and got there a little quicker.

Of course, I wasn't at either show, and I'm only basing the facts of this argument on information I could piece together from the internet, so who knows.

It was called K Fest right by the water in downtown Chattanooga. I remember this being the first show I saw since Isbell left earlier that year.

Cooley wouldn't be caught dead wearing that dude's necklace.

And that necklace must be extremely hideous if Cooley wouldn't be caught wearing it.

Looks like a lanyard with a pass on it. I have a hard time imagining Cooley get enthusiastic about anything, never mind another performer. Maybe I'm wrong, but he don't look like an emotive dude to me, barring biting sarcasm.
