I'm going to be laughing about "I have no fucking idea what the first line of this song is. Somebody sing it to me" when he was trying to start "Sounds Better in the Song" for years.

Hell of a show. Had a couple of my daughters with me so they could indulge their Cooley crushes

Great show. Was my first time at Eddie's. Very cool. Wish I'd gotten a ticket for next week's too.

Missed this show but watched the youtube clips linked from that bittorrent page and looking forward to next week. Eddie's Attic is a way better venue for this than the Earl.

Solo Cooley is when it really smacks you in the face how many amazing songs the man has written.

No shit. I was sitting there last night marveling at the songcraft. Hearing those stripped down versions really adds to my enjoyment of the "Truckers version" of those tunes.

I've got tickets for the 12/17 show...they say show at 9:30, doors at 9:15. Did the 12/10 tickets say 8:00 start time? I'd hate to show up at 9:00 and have the show already be half over. Thanks!

I never actually saw my ticket as my buddy brought it, but Eddie's Attic website had this show scheduled to start at 8.

Just checked the Eddie's site and it looks like there's an early show by a different band tonight, so that explains the later start for Cooley this week.

Last night was pretty great. I didn't track the setlist but it was similar to last week. Eddie's Attic is really a perfect room for that kind of show.
