Heading out this weekend for next leg of DBT Fall Tour.
A new venue in Asheville, a long awaited return to Florida, the Hill Country of Texas, New Orleans and then headed up to end at The Pageant in St. Louis. Looking forward to this stellar run of shows and to play with some of our dear friends: T Hardy Morris, Brent Best & Jonathan Tyler.

"It's Great To Be Alive", our long awaited muti-disc box set, recorded live at The Fillmore in San Francisco is now available for pre-order and this week the instant grat track for those who have pre-ordered the album is the much requested rarity "Runaway Train". Our friends at Southern Living are streaming the track as well this week. "Runaway Train" dates back to 1987 and Adam's House Cat (mine and Cooley's 1st band together, so long ago!). This is the first time the song has ever actually been released and we're so happy with this version and that this song is finally on an album.

Our live album will be released on Oct 30 and we couldn't be more proud and excited to share it with you. Two versions of our upcoming live album have been made available; It’s Great To Be Alive! is the full 35-track record as a five vinyl / three CD set and This Weekend’s The Night is a two vinyl, thirteen track version. The album is now also available for pre-order at iTunes and our website.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible this month and next as the Truckers hit the road.

Also, Cooley and I have some just announced solo dates coming up in December. See below for all upcoming tour dates.
