I've always thought it would be a cool idea for someone to release an entire show, opener and all. For instance, Johnny Winter and Elvin Bishop were part of the Allmans' Fillmore concerts but I'm not sure if their sets have ever been released. I believe I have a special edition of Johnny Cash's At Folsom Prison that includes bits of an opening set from Carl Perkins.
