On the off chance that someone didn't know - Dallas link

Post by teleburst »

Yahoo is still streaming last night's show for the rest of the day here. Mods can probably kill this tomorrow.

Watching/listening now. Worth your time if you missed it last nite. Lots of face time for our very own FNW and Scotty C. And the band's pretty good too.

I watched part of it last night, but can't get it to play today.

Yeah, looks to be on a "loop".
This show started immediately after the previous on ended.

Other than the opening ad, non stop music with the occasional banner ad at the bottom...

That was thoroughly enjoyable---kinda like watching a football game in person vs. watching on tv. On tv, you don't get the full experience, but you get to see a lot of stuff you don't see standing in one spot for a show. I knew Jay Gonzalez contributed a lot, but damn----he's like an understated musical wizard or something---just stands there calmly shredding the shit out of a solo. Live Nation should cover every DBT show---that was very well produced.

Got my fingers crossed Tyler.

It does appear to be on a continuous loop. I wonder how much longer it will be up?

I can't get over how crystal clear the video is.

As I posted in the thread for the show, according to Yahoo, it will replay for 24 hours. I believe it went live last night at 8 pm Pacific, 11 pm Eastern.

Right. That's why I suggested that the mods kill this thread tomorrow.

The mix was really good as well, Cooley's vocals and Jay's guitar especially (and bass and drums were just about perfect). The last time I saw them live, Jay's guitar was down in the mix even though I was on the rail right in front of him. It was nice hearing Jay loud.

There were some buffering issues on my end, but moving to Foxfire helped.

Rip went perfectly. Video quality is fuckin' awesome. Pure 720P with no frame drops or anything. Currently working on getting it uploaded somewhere. Going to take awhile as it is almost 6GB.

Ok, so this is how this is going to work....

Since this is (technically) a copyrighted performance, even if not commercially released, I will not be posting the link her in public.

If you are interested in obtaining a copy please drop me a PM and I will reply when everything is in place - likely sometime tomorrow.
