I did not get hear any of Dr Fords testimony yesterday but I did hear all of Kavanaugh's opening statement on the way home.
Frankly speaking and as a card carrying member of the man club I have no problem with a man who hires as many women as he can, I like the odds. In fact if my landscaping business was a large company I would hire nothing but women to trim bushes. They'd have to wear shorts too but they wouldn't be them pukey Tennesee orange shorts like Hooters girls wear.(that's why I only go on military appreciation day) Anyways I was saving this next one for "things i'd do if i was an Alabama fan" but we probably wont play them this year and i always have "the deeper end" if we do.

First time I saw ole Neil was on this tour. We got our dog Amber Jean right after "a treasure" came out and she promptly chewed her name off the cd cover.

The show was in Gainesville and the fiddle player is cajun. He had a better time in Gainesville than some other cajuns will this weekend.

This guy is the only reason Skynyrd was my first concert. He was one of the opening acts.

13 years ago, the night b4 the game, DBT came to town. It would be my 3rd time seeing the band. My buddy who wasn't a football fan was going to meet us there. As he was walking thru a crowd of Georgia fans in front of the hotel, he walked thru someones picture taking. One of the frat boys called him a dumb ass and called him out. My buddy detected a non Georgia accent and pointed at all the frat boys and said "Yall gonna let a yankee lead yall" It was a "uneasy rider" moment as they all turn to look at the loud mouth. My buddy walked on.
I know I've posted this song but not this video. I was hoping to find a version from the same time period as the story but this is as close as I got. From our first homecoming.

weekend. How are ya? I hope you are doing well. Are you finished

we are going to do a lil this afternoon, ... I hope.
I cant believe it`s almost here, this will be Betsy`s first so we are on the lookout
for the prettiest little pink stocking ever just for her and I hope we can
find one today and then the mantle will be complete.

Ten Years ago Tuesday
We met some of the finest people we've ever known and Patterson had this to say.

Six years ago on this very Saturday
We woke up after a very unusual homecoming rawk show. 13 songs, no banter, no encore and none of Mrs Swamps video. They came, they played, they left. Mrs Swamp always likes to get shots of our fellow heathens in the crowd. That would have been the saddest crowd shot ever. So far 2013 homecoming had gone from one incredable high Thursday night to the lowest of lows on Friday night. What would today be. As much as I wanted to go I was hesitant about going to Nuci's place. When we got there Marina and Lesley started hugging each other and griving when Mike came around the corner, walked over to me and we hugged without saying anything and then he walked away. I didn't see him again to that night when I had spot right in front of him. Marina didn't feel like filming that night so I did and Cooley put on a show for me. This is what they started with.

Because I was in front of Cooley. Pattersons vocals didn't come out that good.
