On looking at the new message, I think I see what happened. Some folks had tickets in their carts and didn't buy them, so those got released.

I bet these would be interesting folks to work for. I wonder where they're based?

Not looking good. If anyone comes up with or hears about an extra ticket keep me in mind. Gonna go try for a couple more minutes, but got to get back to work eventually...

No facts here, but reading these posts it sounds more like the site got overwhelmed than that it was sold out in under a minute. If that's true, keep trying.
Congrats to all who are going. Bastards.

Yeah, I knew it would sell out, but never imagined that.
The message changed about 5 min ago from "... may be in someone cart." to "Sold Out" Not that that has stopped me yet.

I wish you the best of luck. I also wish myself the second-best of luck.

I'm beginning to suspect they mean it this time when they say they've sold out.

I really do mean it when I say I hope you find a ticket before I do. It's always a bummer for a couple to have one ticket to a show.
And I really do mean it when I hope I have the next best luck. I'm not devoted to taking the daughter--though I'd love to--but I have other reasons for really wanting to make this show. I'd rather not go into them here, but I'll be glad to tell anyone via PM who has a spare (or two) to let go of.

Would be nice, but this is a charity event and there are undoubtedly a lot of local folks that want tickets, too. I'd rather not jump the line on them.

Yeah, but I've missed shows in my home town before. One of them was the night the power went out and they played Bulldozers and Dirt acoustic. Now I've been toughened by life to the extent that I can take the hard blows.

Re: Cooley, Hood and Isbell together for Terry Pace Benefit
feels like they really underpriced this, given the cause
Re: Cooley, Hood and Isbell together for Terry Pace Benefit
My guess is that Isbell pushed as many (or more) tickets than DBT
Isbell fans probably wondering who these two opening acts are

Florence? I'd bet Hood/Cooley pulled as much as Isbell.
I'm in thanks to Rlipps, who scored me a couple when he got his.

Struck out so far on getting another ticket. If any of my fellow 3dd comrades have an extra ticket I would love to buy it from you. Either GA or VIP. Thanks for keeping me in mind. Hell I'll buy two or more if it needs to be a package deal.

Just found out one of my buddies struck out today, so on the rare chance anyone has an extra, I'll gladly take it off your hands.

I could not get in. Determined to find a way to score a pair. Nearly went to the Charleston, S.C. show (I think in '07?) that turned out to be the last Isbell-included DBT show ever. Regretted not going ever since.
