To hell with Chicago.

Haven't seen a schedule for the tourney but hopefully Brennan's team doesn't have a night game. This is the first year he's played on an elite select team (dad brag) so I have no idea how it will work. I'm not a coach. I'm more like these guys:

Tickets bought for the Vancouver show in April!
3rd time seeing them in Vancouver in four years, hope the Vogue Theatre is a good place to see them.
I think the last time in was in the Vogue was in 1977 to watch this interesting sounding space movie, Star Wars I think. :D

I just got a wedding invitation for 3/29. I think The Pageant is now out for me, and I'm bummed. Only a little--I love weddings, and I'm looking forward to this one--but it's there. I think that invitation was well-timed. I wouldn't be so mellow about it if it'd arrived before Homecoming.

First post for me...

Very bummed no Chicago date (or even Illinois). I'll bet a dime to a donut that they are playing Lollapalooza and that's why they are not coming to Chicago.

I know they are playing Madison and Milwaukee, but if they played in Chicago or even Bloomington at The Castle, that would be spectacular.

And now it's June and I'm jonesing for the full blast of a ROCK SHOW.

These June dates are not lining up for me--I tried my best to make the shows with the Hold Steady, but only getting fired or getting sent up there on work (or both--hey! A guy can dream, right?)--so now it's time to make plans for July and August and so on. When do you figure we'll see dates for that near future?

I'm hoping for another date or two in CO before the year is out.. last year, an 'off year' for the band saw 4 DBT shows, this year is a heavy touring year and we've only gotten one show w none on the radar!
