Never heard New Madrid but looked them up and they sound pretty cool.
I'm interested to see if hearing T Hardy's stuff live will make the light bulb come on. As of now its pretty meh to me.

I owned a 1956 Bel Air once when I was 18. It was in perfect running condition but needed some body work so a buddy of mine that dabbled in that and I bought the paint, came up with a plan and were getting it prepared in my driveway to start the work when someone stopped and asked if it was for sale. Now I had paid $1,100 for it and I told the guy I had just bought it but to name a price. He said $3,500. Thus endeth my three days with a classic car.

And that was when $3,500 was real money You obviously picked the wrong career path, tc.

I've been cramping my three daughters' styles for years. Or at least trying to. The price of having daughters is eternal vigilance. Cooley's line about men and how they react when a suitor comes for their babies (something dies there and then) and planning on crying at the wedding is brilliant.

Nas puts it this way: "God gets revenge by giving us beautiful daughters."

Does anyone know if Holiday Inn Express has a special DBT rate?
Re: Homecoming 2014: Feb 13-15
Dodging this thread for a while. Saving for the honeymoon/wedding is trumping the annual pilgrimage.
Drink a few for me and make some memories at the un-fumigated Daze Inn.

I highly recommend the Days Inn for their tolerance of DBT fans whooping it up. Just let them know you prefer the DBT section. Good rates, clean rooms, and complimentary Jimmy Dean biscuits make the Dazed tough to beat.

She had a blast last year and loved everyone she met......and she loves everything about Athens. Her birthday falls on the Homecoming Shows weekend and some other plans are in the midst with friends/family. We'll be back in 2015 or possibly living that way.......again. I have planted that seed and it is blossoming quite nicely.

Time for her to get her own room now that daddy is on a fixed income.
