In for Friday night but will be in Athens the whole weekend.

Kind of a cool extra this year is that I'm bring a buddy who just recently became a convert. It will be his first rock show. I'm excited anyway but I'm excited for him too.

Not much difference in the rates among the motels listed. Dazed is $74, Holiday Inn is $79, and The Marriott is $89. Decisions, decisions. Any suggestions?

The party starts early and ends late at the Dazed. The Marriott has a Starbucks in the lobby. Both are stumbling distance. The shows usually end about 1:00 AM

The Holiday Inn is right across the street from the Dazed and has a really nice free breakfast each morning. Last year we got up & ate breakfast and then went back to bed for a few hours lol.

Thanks Joni. Missed last year (would have been my first Homecoming) because of a heart attack the week before. This year is a go. I am bringing my grandson! Someone has take him to a real rock show. Can't make but one show, so I picked Saturday. Hope to see you and some of the other heathens. Countdown to meltdown.
