In. Seems like an odd place for them to play but it'll be awesome. Always is. I'm wondering if its their first time playing there. Live at Billy Bobs album to follow? Any other 3dders coming?

Saw Buddy Guy there about 5 years ago. It was an odd setup...everyone seated in folding chairs at long rectangular tables. Surely it won't be the same setup for the Truckers...right?

I would be shocked if it wasn't the same. It is the same for everyone.

They opened with Buttholeville. Have they ever done that? Band was great but the venue sucked pretty bad.

Did they really have any choice? And how was the food?

They also opened with it on 6/3/09 at the Bourbon Street Ballroom in Baltimore. I was at that show also.
They may have done it other times in the past but I"m not sure.
Agreed on the band and venue. I finally coudn't take it anymore and stood up about halfway through the show. The security guy near me never said anything about it. I doubt I will ever see another show at Billy Bob's.

Some pics from a buddy of mine who attended the show. He said DBT covered up Billy Bob's stage banner, which I guess is a big deal. A guy he was talking to told him that not too many acts do that.
