I briefly met SactoChris at a DBT show (I think it was the Empire Room in Sacramento). Mighta been The Dirt Underneath show in SF. Anyhow, point being is that DBT seems to attract genuinely good people! The type of people that'll restore ones faith in mankind.
Hell, I met WWCD at a DBT show and we've been close friends ever since. This time I'll be bringing a lifelong buddy, a DBT fan but a Rawk show virgin. I look forward to introducing him to some of the finest folk he'll ever meet. See you at the show.
I did invite all 9bs to the Jackson, Mississippi show. You have to bring a sleeping bag, but I'm always willing to share floor space with Trucker fans. Look forward to meeting you! JimmyC is under the weather and may not be checking the board, but yes, he was the winner of the setlist auction -- made excellent choices, too. I heard some songs at that show that I'd never heard before and may never hear again. One for the memory books.
Keep an eye out for the short chick with short brown hair and brightly colored glasses and the not much taller dude with long, curly hair.
