Were leaving for the U.S tomorrow so might not get on internet again before The Asheville show so if not hopefully might get to meet 1 or 2 of ya down there think were going to try Barleys out before the show

Some questions!

Normally I have Bill, UR, and CG with me but I'll be solo for this adventure, so wanted to get some planning done ahead of time..Anyone else flying into Asheville Fri afternoon? Trying to coordinate transportation and am not sure how far the airport is, but I'm getting in around 1pm.

Also, anyone wanna meet up friday before the show somewhere close the Orange Peel?

Penny - Other than the 3DD dinner on Saturday, I'm afraid you won't see much of us on this trip. We are staying up in the mountains with my Mom and my sister is flying in from California with my two nephews that I only get to see about once a year. Additionally, my Aunt & Uncle from California will be in town along with my cousin from Atlanta.

We've already been informed that they want us to skip the opening act Friday night so we can spend as much time with the nephews as possible before their bedtime.

The good news is that there seem to be tons of other 3dders in town for Asheville, so I'm sure we won't be missed at all!

We will be attending the 3dd dinner on Saturday at 5:00 and will try to get on the rail for the Saturday night show. I'm afraidd we'll be stuck in the back Friday night -- look for us to be somewhere near the sound equipment...usually the best sounding spot in the house anyway, right?

No problem! I've got your no ! You know me..I'll be bopping around. I have a couple cousins that might come Sat night but I still plan on being at the dinner. I also wanna go for a run on Sat AM thru town, too (so I MAY take it easy on Fri night). Don't think I'll be on the rail, but I'll be in line early regardless.

i might see if Shonna wants to hang, too...now that we're buds..

I'll try to catch up with you there rawkshow on Friday. It's my gf's first time as well and like you I thought a 2 niter would be the best way to fully indoctrinate her. We are leaving Charlotte around 2 or so.

So unbelievably excited for my first DBT show ever. Well actually its my first two, I'm in for both nights. I hope its as amazing as everyone tells me its going to be. Plus I just watched The Secret to a Happy Ending, which being a new fan just shot my respect for DBT even higher. Hope I see some of you guys there.
