DBT@ Levon Helm's Midnight Ramble

DBT are playing at Mountain Jam on 6/5/10 in the afternoon. Later that evening, they will be at the Levon Helm studios in Woodstock, NY for the Midnight Ramble. Tickets are $150

I don't think that price is out of line at all. Considering it's in Levon's home studio that seats maybe 150 people. Fucking Peter Gabriel is getting 200 face value at Radio City without drums or a guitar! I mean it ain't cheap but I don't think it's outrageous. It's gonna be badass!

I'm sure it's going to be amazing. Definitely a special show. If there was any way at all I'd do it but it's not happening. I'll live vicariously through those that attend.

If anyone is considering going but has not bought a ticket yet, please send me a pm asap. If you have 5 people or more, the ticket price is 125 instead of 150. This is a ton of money for us but we really want to go and 300 for the 2 of us would be quite steep, though I'm sure it would be worth it. We think we have 1 friend who will go, so if there are 2 more people out there, please let me know.

man...I'm so freaking bummed. I've been wanting to go to a ramble for a while now and this would be the perfect reason for me to bite the bullet....however, that weekend I'll be away at a wedding. I'm missing Tarrytown too....

150 is actually not that bad for his Midnight Ramble. When he first started they were in the $500 range I have heard. Now I might be wrong, but I think a good amount of the ticket price goes to charity. Would love to be able to make this, or make one Midnight Ramble, regardless of whether DBT is there. Just sounds like a fun time.

Got my ticket!! I wouldn't miss this for the world and I knew there was a reason i kept waiting and waiting to do this....It's a life long dream to see Levon up at the Ramble..i swore if MMJ or DBT ever played up there, I'd be there!!

thanks, Tom....this is just an overload of a weekend. i'm not sure whether to do tarrytown or mt jam (to see the sunday thing)..not crazy about a seated theater....but still...Hunter inn....thanks!
