Falcons game and Saturday ATH show - scheduling conflict

So, like a good DBT fan, I bought tickets for the Friday and Saturday night DBT shows awhile back. Also, as a good Falcons fan and season ticket holder, I bought playoff tickets weeks ago.

There were 4 different times that the Falcons could play on the weekend of the 14th-15th. Just my luck, they got the Saturday 8 PM timeslot.

Anyone else have this problem? I know that DBT generally goes on really late for the 40 Watt shows - but do you think it's possible to catch most of the show even after the Falcons game? (As much as I love DBT, Falcons playoff games are much more rare than DBT shows).

There is no way you can do it. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. 8pm start, means 11:15 finish, means 12:00 at the earliest on the road and arrival at 40 watt by 1:30 and thats pushing it.

I was hoping for any other time slot as well, but I do think the night crowd at the dome will be better than a 1pm sunday. I am trying to decide whether I want to TiVo it and risk it or just have it on my phone and check it now and then.

So, it's looking more and more like I can't make it. I bought my ticket over the phone via schoolkids. It's supposed to be at Will Call on Saturday. Does anyone know if there's a way to transfer the ticket to someone else? Thanks!

i would not think twice bout missing dbt for the falcons game!!!!!!!
i would prefer to be going to that game than seeing dbt!!!

the falcons are playing such great football...
and are hosting a playoff game!!!
they havent done that in along time!!
