Running after a long night of boozing is one of the best hangover cures I've ever found.
You just sweat all that evil out of your pores, and after a bunch of water, a shower, and a Bloody Mary + coffee, it's time to start again!

Zactly Iowan. But BTB, your words ring true as well - I guess it tends to be a game-day decision each time! So Allison and Beaver and any others interested, let's huddle once in Athens and see if we are all bluster. There's a 50/50 chance I'm totally FOS.Iowan wrote:Running after a long night of boozing is one of the best hangover cures I've ever found.

Re: Athens Running Thread
Agreed. It's so much easier to run when hungover. It's like you're not even there and it didn't even happen. But it did. Like the opposite of when I dream I ate an entire chocolate cake and chased it with a tub of french fries. All the satisfaction with zero calories. It's awesome. That's why I always run at Homecomingramonz wrote:Zactly Iowan. But BTB, your words ring true as well - I guess it tends to be a game-day decision each time! I've used running as a hangover cure since high school.
Turn you demons into walls of goddamned noise and sound.

I've only seen the inside of the airport in Atlanta and never been to Athens, but no one said there were HILLS!!!phungi wrote:seriously, I thought navigating the hill to the Courtyard/Dazed qualified as a "cardiac event"Flea wrote:What is wrong with you people?

I'll see you all off with a Wake & Bake. After you finish running, we'll compare notes to see who feels better.
Now it's dark.

Re: Athens Running Thread
I'm five hours ahead here, I woke up out of my sleep at around 5am-ish? and thought I'd checked out the stream for the craic. It sounded good, DBT were playing Feb 14, it ended, the crowd cheered, and they started playing Marry Me, great stuff... then I fell back asleep! So I'll have to listen to the download to hear the full show
