A better plan is to keep the skeleton of Wrigley and rebuild it. Play a summer in another venue and gut it down to the foundation. Rebuild the clubhouses, batting cages, etc., then rebuild the stands and concessions. Keep the same look/feel, but add modern amenities. I'm not sure how many stadiums ...
