Might look at visiting an old haunt or two prior to Houston - Kay's Liquor Lounge and/or West Alabama Ice House. Now that I type it out....West Alabama Ice House sounds damn appropriate. I'll bring my Buford Stick.

I live in Austin, but am planning on making a little DBT Roadtrip for the Texas shows next week - 4/14 in San Antonio and 4/15 in Houston. Don't know that I'll be able to pull of the 4/16 show in Dallas.

Anyone else hitting these shows? Meet up prior?

Really good show. Patterson pulled out a few new tunes, including one he wants to go back and cut on the new album. He seemed really excited about the upcoming DBT Album - sounds like the studio time has been productive.

Heathens, 18Wheels, GGAllen, Bubba and more were played. Great show.

Yep. The Scoot Inn has a 10pm outside sound curfew. But it was a hell of a show. They skipped the encore and played straight through. Last cord was strummed at 9:59:59. DBTs nailed it.
