Re: HOMECOMING 2017

Thank you for pointing that out. Craft beer social at 3pm on Friday at the Dazed inn parking lot, unless someone has a better idea. Yeah, hold it someplace where we won't get shot by a pimp looking for his ho. In the spirit of inclusivity couldn't we invite said pimp and ho to enjoy some tast...

The Peacock Diner...it was awesome. A great late night meal! BB Coach, I wish I'd met you. My father-in-law and I arrived late (for us) but in time to get a good spot on the rail..partially thanks to friendly railbirds! Not as much chatter from the band as I might have expected last night. I wasn't ...

Isbell in Memphis January 5-6, 2016

Last night Jason put on a great show in the Germantown Performing Arts Center. The show was originally for tonight, but a second night was added after tonight sold out so quickly. Amanda played the entire show with him. The very reserved and respectful crowd was very different than the Isbell crowds...

Hey - I am a long time fan that has always been reluctant to chime in. Just didn't feel worthy, I guess. I recently reflected on my decade long fascination with DBT and submit the following highlights and lowlights as an informal introduction: 1. I have seen DBT in multiple states and venues. Favor...

I listened to "In Bloom" this morning before work and have been singing it all day. I'm normally only marginally excited by covers, but the song is so well done with Sturgill's spin on it. It honestly makes me wonder how the world would have reacted if Sturgill had released "In Bloom" when I was in...

Re: DBT Tracks - Week # 3 - Heathens

About a year and a half ago, I left home and moved with my wife and kids to another state where my wife's parents live. For the past 18 months I'd been lamenting the loss of my Heathans (good buddies) at home. I've made a new buddy in my new state, and tonight he invited me out to a little watering ...
