If they're going to cancel Homecoming, it'd be nice to know ASAP. People travel long distances for this event. We can't get a full refund on our AirBNB after the 6th. I'm sure lots of folks are in similar boats with lodging accommodations.

Re: Wilmington DE 11-08-21

What songs are you missing from Cooley that is the root of this complaint? Every song that isn't the same 15 he's been playing the the last several years. Since you asked so kindly, here's a list (bolded worth more than the non bolded): Sarah's Flame Kinky Hypocrite Primer Coat Hearing Jimmy Loud N...

Patterson digging deep and throwing some seriously awesome surprises for the diehards and then it's Mike "Robot" Cooley on the other side. Does this guy have a pulse anymore?

Re: Detroit 10/19

This show summed up in a word: awful. Terrible energy, an awful crowd (thought I was at a morgue), ridiculously terrible sound (holy bass!) and the set list was pedestrian at best. Segues were off all night. “Ronnie and Neil” into “Made Up English Oceans?” Like, what? Getting “The New Ok” in the “Bo...

Re: DBT @ The Ryman/Nashville 10/4

All in all a nice looking set. Sweet guest spot and great choices by Patterson... but my God Cooley. What’s the deal with this guy? It’s the same rotation of the same 15 songs since American Band came out. Getting to the point where nearly every Cooley song is a bathroom break because they’re all so...

Mine is numbered 2192.

Paid $48+ tax. Disappointed by the minimal packaging, especially at that price level, but I’m also happy to support the band and the record store.

Stoked to get this on the table!

Re: the Springsteen thread

I agree with everything Clams said, except for the bit about the cowboy songs as I really enjoyed Western Stars. What a wonderful collection of songs that sound as E Street as it gets! This was certainly unexpected. There are two three song runs on this record that I believe are as good as any run o...

Re: Actual Real Live Cooley Shows in December!!

Thought about Austin for a hot second but when I looked up ticket prices options available are a $332 table towards the front ( ) or a $164 table in the VERY BACK (behind the bar!). Yeah, ummm, no thanks!

Hopefully those that attend the socially distanced concert will enjoy.

Re: The New OK - 10/2/2020 (Vinyl 12/18)

After a few listens, I really like it! I like it more than The Unraveling for certain. I think this is the first record in forever where all of Patterson’s songs are solid, especially those on the second half like Iowan pointed out. Sea Island Lonely is one of my favorite Patterson songs in a long, ...
