here is a little more in-depth review than 'fucking awesome' i think the best show i saw at Newport was the Eastern Medicine Singers. it's a project with Algonquin tribe members from northern RI and Yonatan Gat (Monotonix) has been involved for a while now. I knew Lee Ranaldo was in the band for NFF...

the Eastern Medicine Singers on day 1 was the highlight of Newport for me. fucking awesome.
