Gordon! You're doing the Lord's work! Thanks for letting us at home play along... AHC: great to hear a full band version of "Pollyanna", had no idea it was an AHC era song... Night 1: I swear the band sounded "speeded up" a notch or two... Loved the sing along with "Tornadoes', kudos to those in att...

Any chance "Perilous Night" shows up on the new rekkid?
I prefer songs getting onto full discs. Seems like they get lost somehow when just released as singles...

Re: Recording in Memphis
If I had to bet, I gotta believe a Spring or early Summer release.
Considering the timeliness of the subject matter of some of the lyrics / songs, I don't think waiting until the Fall would do them any good.
Also, I also can't believe vinyl would pose that much of a delay, but what do I know...?

Re: Jan/Feb dates with Lucinda Williams!
The Rt29 Revue a few years ago at MPP, like Slip said, was the sparsest I've ever seen MPP. There was a local opener (Justin something I think) that played for 35-45 minutes. Then DBT played for about an hour and ten minutes I didn't stay for Lucinda's full set. If they're smart this time around, do...

Great show, solid two and a half hours non stop. I thought the the setlist was great, good amount of new and old. Thought it was odd though, right at about 11:30 many people cleared out, made more room for us but was just a little surprised that people didn't stay until the end. I think what we wit...

Nice looking setlist but damn, can Cooley not get outside of the same 20-25 songs he plays at every other show? :x He only has like 40 songs, and it's pretty well established that about 10 of them never get played I guess I REALLY like those 10, then lol. What baffles me is he can play songs...
