So disappointing, but glad I finally got to see them in Nashville in 2019, and wish Brian nothing but the best in retirement. Also glad they went out on Bit Logic, which I thought was a pretty damn solid album.

Didn’t know if the studio version of Dead Confederate would live up to what we got at Homecoming, but it came through in spades. Jason’s guitar adds a lot to it.

Man, this sucks. The first night in Nashville was the most excited I’ve been for a show since my first Homecoming a couple years ago. On the bright side, I’m glad it sounds like Sturgill did what he could to get people’s money back in their pockets.

Up there with DBT and Lilly Hiatt for my favorite of 2020.
