It's an impossible task but that's a real nice compilation and a good one for somebody who may want a good overview of DBT. I've never done it, should give it a try to see what I come up with.

I thought that was a great set and the new tunes are sounding good live. The highlight for me was a reworked (at least since I've last seen it) version of Goddamn Lonely Love.

Actually Rubin has little to do with the "sound" of the albums he produces. Read just about any interview with anybody he's recorded and they will tell you he does very little except show up and "consult", tell them to play this, don't play that, work on this, that's fine, etc. ...
