I know the seating capacity of Red Rocks isn't much different than 4 nights at the Ryman, but this seems like a major accomplishment. We bought our presale tickets this morning, 9 months in advance and 1200 miles away, both of which are records for me.

It is one of my favorites. I've always figured the narrator is a female, but have gone back and forth about whether the "teenage girl" is the narrator or her mother.

I'm getting so excited, it's tough to focus at work! We will be making the trip from SW Louisiana, about a 10.5 hour drive. I've only been to Nashville once, two years ago, to see Jason's first Ryman show. That was a truly memorable show, too!

We're staying at the Renaissance almost right next to the Ryman. Out of my price range too, but we're doing it anyway. Kids don't need Christmas presents, do they?
