Got my tickets for Friday. Just lost my job as well about a week ago, so the timing for this show couldn't be more perfect. I need some DBT right now.

1) the no-advance ticket situation worries me. As far as I've read, you can only get tickets at the gate the day of the show. The absolute earliest I could get there would be 2 hours before the show, as I have a 9 am lecture that morning. Is it likely to be sold out before then? I would really like...

I honestly have no idea. I'm originally from Auburn, but live in South Carolina now, and couldn't make it down for any of the shows this weekend. Really bummed about that fact too.

At least I've got either Asheville or Athens to look forward to next month, plus Homecoming in January.

Bought "Southern Rock Opera" when I was in high school back in 04 and have been hooked since then. Originally from Auburn, AL, and now living in Columbia, SC.

I wanted to make that show, but I had to be in Greenville all day for a conference for work, and with DBT in Charleston, it became a tough choice. But DBT won out. Heard it was a solid show though.

A drink was thrown on stage during the outright to Angels and Fuselage. Everyone had left the stage except for EZB and it seemed to be a pretty full beer bottle that went under the drum riser.
