Bulldozers and Dirt 7" sleeve question

Anyone who has a copy of this, what is the quality of the white sleeve? Is is it just like printer paper quality or more like a slicker quality sleeve that we are used to? Thanks

Re: English Oceans Discussion Thread

just received my second copy of this from amazon has skip in the same spot. I had to increase the weight of the needle to get it to play without skipping. This sucks

Re: English Oceans Discussion Thread

After looking mine was a obvious darker spot in the vinyl at about 1:20, and the needle was raising really high before the skip. I ordered Amazon so a replacement is on the way.

Re: (Next)New Bass Player Official Announcement?

it's one thing to feel WTF , it's another to rally support against the mods. No one is rallying support against anybody. But if the mods want to run this shit like fucking Animal Farm, at some point there won't be anybody on this board BUT the mods. This is the most correct statement that can be sa...

Re: Sorry to say but,

Remember when W Bush would only let approved journalist into his press conferences to control questioning? I believe you cannot have a fan site and only allow approved topics. I would think that anyone who believed in America and the privileges we have and fight to preserve would frown upon this.

Re: Sirens of the Ditch vinyl re-released 1/31/12

Nothing new or special, just that the vinyl was very hard to come by. I was almost ready to order a copy from Denmark of Musicstack. I got my copy today but havent spun it yet, waiting for the kids to give some peace. I would still be interested in a first pressing if someone has a closet full.

Re: Jason Isbell question.

Dont get me wrong, the DBT albums are very good, I just think Jason really nailed it on his last record. Cooley is actually my favorite song writer and I have been waiting for a killer knock out song on the last two albums from him and it hasn't been there.

Re: Jason Isbell question.

Nothing will ever be as great as Isbell era DBT period. I have seen them every time they have been within 200 miles since 2003, and the Isbell shows were the best. Jason's first two albums were good, but Here We Rest is a better album than either of the last two DBT releases.

Excellent show! By the time I figured out who the 3DD guys were, the rock was begining. Show was very good, highlight was Uncle Frank for me. I was very pleased to get a DBT shirt with dates and cities on it as I havent got one since The Dirty South tour. Pat Tomek the drummer for the Rainmakers was...
